    TORQ Inc. (Headquarters: Nishi-ku, Osaka, Representative Director: Toshiyuki Higaki; hereinafter referred to as TORQ) has formulated an action plan based on the Act on Promotion of Measures to Support the Development of the Next Generation as certified by the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare, and has met the requirements such as achieving goals. On March 13, 2024, we received Kurumin certification as a company that supports child-rearing. Our group is working to improve work styles, with the aim of creating a workplace where employees and their families can be satisfied, find fulfillment, and work with pride.

    ・What is “Kurumin Certification”?

This is a system that allows employees to telework on the same day if they suddenly feel unwell or suffer from a sudden illness, with the approval of their immediate superior, and the implementation rate of telework is gradually increasing.

    We have a childcare leave system in place that allows employees to take leave until their child reaches the age of three, which is longer than the period required by law. The ratio of the number of female workers who took childcare leave, etc. to the number of female workers who gave birth during the plan period (November 1, 2021 - October 31, 2023) is 100%, As of October 31, 2023, the ratio of the number of male workers who took childcare leave to the number of male workers whose spouses gave birth was 44%.
